Ciara is a transformational leader, retreat facilitator, and speaker behind a growing movement redefining modern motherhood. Through her signature program, Becoming Her, she has guided hundreds of women out of burnout, anxiety, and self-abandonment, and into lives marked by clarity, self-trust, and heart-led leadership. RISE is the next evolution of that work—a one-day immersive experience where the breakthroughs sparked in Becoming Her come alive in community. Here, women don’t just talk about transformation—they live it.
Jeana is a former corporate ladder climber turned wellness advocate. After 15 years as a corporate executive, she went on to found a community for mothers with nearly 1,000 members before rising to top leadership ranks in three network marketing wellness companies. Certified in Reiki Levels 1 & 2 and currently building a frequency healing center in San Diego, Jeana blends the practical and the spiritual to help women find their light.
Our shared philosophy is both simple and revolutionary: when a mother rises, generations rise with her.
